Discount Fishing Tackle is in Hull on Anlaby Road. It is situated at the top end of Anlaby Road almost opposite the old Tradex and next to the roundabout.

Martin the owner has been in the fishing tackle trade for many years. The shop sells a variety of gear and as well as selling new tackle, it also sells used fishing tackle. The shop has everything for the sea, coarse and carp angler with tackle to suit everyones pocket. Most of the top brands are available including brands such as Leeda, MAP, Korda, Gardner, Mainline, Fladen, H.B.S, Kiley, Suffix, Wychwood, Waterline, Vespe and Ven den Eynde.
The shop also boasts to "always have at least 50 reels on show and 60 rods to look at", which is quite something in todays market.
There is also a variety of bait on offer and current prices for bait are Maggots at only £1 per pint. Frozen Gully worm for the sea anglers is available at only £3.50 per pack and live worms are available between October and April at £3 per pack.
